Even the best car needs regular maintenance. Drivers should make sure that their company car is serviced on time. Drivers should only use partners pre-approved by NF Fleet.

Service leasing includes maintenance

Scheduled maintenance of company cars is in the hands of professionals. Have your scheduled maintenance carried out by our selected partners in accordance with the maintenance programme. Scheduled maintenance of your company car is free of charge for NF Fleet customers and the invoices for scheduled maintenance are sent directly to us. NF Fleet technical service will negotiate and supervise all maintenance work carried out in cooperation with the workshop.

You can book an appointment for maintenance or repair directly with Mekonomen via the link below, where you can find the service locations available to you. If your leasing contract includes a class A replacement vehicle for the duration of the service, you can book it when you book the service.

Maintenance with pick-up service

With the pick-up service, your company car can be serviced during the working day. Service provider will pick up your car, perform the necessary maintenance and return it to you the same day.

The pick-up service operates in Uusimaa.

Pick-up service transports are free of charge when you make a service reservation via the link below. The service is provided by our partner Euromaster.

Airport service

When you depart from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, our partner Euromaster will carry out the maintenance during your trip. When you return from your trip, your car will be waiting for you at the airport. With airport service, you don’t have to pay for airport parking. Order your airport service at least one week before your trip.

The parking lot for airport service is located at Helsinki-Vantaa airport on the entrance level of the P3B parking garage. The number of the parking space is 180 and it is marked with a Euromaster sign. To pick up your car and collect the keys, please make an appointment with Euromaster. The service is provided by Euromaster, and is available to all our service leasing customers. There is no charge for airport service when you make a maintenance reservation via the link below.

Replacement vehicle for during maintenance

For the period of maintenance and technical repairs of your company car, you have the possibility to use a replacement vehicle through NF Fleet. However, please check your company’s car policy to see which services are available to your company’s drivers.

The replacement vehicle service operates through Hertz and Europcar car rental companies. You should always book a replacement vehicle in advance, once you know the date and time of the service. Please reserve a car of the size included in your company’s contract.
