The service price list is valid from 1.4.2024 until further notice (VAT 0%).
Price list for our most used services:
- Order cancellation administration fee 180 €
When cancelled more than 3 days after confirmation of the order, in addition to the possible car dealer cancellation fee. - Transfer of agreement to another company 320 €
The registration of the new holder company and the preparation of the agreement. - Contractual changes (contract lenght and/or mileage) 180 €
- Re-registration (e.g. change of holder) 35 €/contract
- Delivery, pick-up or transfer of vehicles
Helsinki region: 250 €
Tampere, Turku, Jyväskylä (up to 350 km from an NF Fleet return location): 400 €
Oulu, Rovaniemi (over 350 km from an NF Fleet return location): 650 € - Transportation, transfer and pick-up of accessories and equipment belonging to vehicles
Helsinki region: 200 €
Tampere, Turku, Jyväskylä (up to 350 km from an NF Fleet return location): 350 €
Oulu, Rovaniemi (over 350 km from an NF Fleet return location): 470 € - Failure to return a vehicle to an NF Fleet return location
Without separate written agreement until the vehicle is actually returned: one-month rent + 17 € per day
(insurance penalty + any motor liability insurance compensation): + pick-up costs - Intermediate vehicle inspection 100 €
- Seasonal tyre storage 69 € per car per storage period
- Inspection of a returned vehicle 200 €
- Processing of (unpaid) parking fines, penalties, customs duties and annual car tax 100€
- Calculation of leasing liabilities (full fleet of a company): 100 €
- Fuel service charge: 2,50 € per card per invoice
- Delivery of paper invoices 5 € per invoice
- Automatic invoice posting
Initial fee: 250 € - Export licence/power of attorney 100 €
- Teaching permit 100 €
- Copy of lease contract 100 € per car
- Third-party invoicing of the annual vehicle tax TAX 2,50 € per car per month
- Third-party invoicing of insurance premiums, if the insurance policy is other than Full insurance from NF Fleet
Car-specific: 2,50 € per car per month - Interior wash 250 €
- The handling and oncharging of non-contractual costs (e.g. car wash) 10€
- Other services 150 € per hour
Minimum charge 25 € (e.g. Expense reimbursement) - Payment reminder from Lowell: 40 € + interest
NF Fleet reserve the right to change the service price and fees.
